Blog 4: A Meal or Food You Really Like
Hello, my favorite food is pasta that it's a food product that is obtained by preparing a flour dough, mixed with water, to which you can add salt, egg or other ingredients such as vegetables, then this is cooked in boiling water. It can also be accompanied with tomato sauce, pesto, sauces with meats or vegetables, to which you can add ingredients such as cheese or basil, among others.
I like this food so much because it tastes and smells so good and we can find a great variety of types of pasta, such as spaghetti, ravioli, macaroni, tortellini, fettuccini, among others. It's also a very good source of energy, providing a good amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. However, if you lead a sedentary life, a high consumption of pasta it could cause overweight, that is why the ideal is not to consume it more than 4 days a week and it should be accompanied with vegetables.
