Post 3: My Favorite Piece of Technology.

Hello, today I will talk about my favorite technology. Well actually more than favorite is the technology that I use the most during the day and I’m talking about the cell phone. It's a very practical device, from which we can make calls, video calls, send text messages to our family and friends to keep us in communication, we can also take pictures, record videos and many other things included in its functions. In addition, it doesn’t have a large size which allows us to keep it in our pockets or backpacks and that makes it easier and more comfortable to carry when we go out or when we travel to other places.

I use my cell phone to stay in communication with my family and my friends, to check the messages and all the things for the university, to listen to music, read books, watch videos in YouTube and sometimes to watch some series or anime. Every day I use it for about 6 to 7 hours but the truth is that I don't like to use the cell phone much, because it’s a device that distracts me a lot from my homework and I wouldn't mind not using it, but I would be super disconnected with my family and my friends. In addition, in these days it’s an essential device for the University, especially when we have to agree for a work in groups.

    Sometimes feel like you regarding the isolation of parents and friends, but I think that in pandemic it has been inevitable to be longer on the cell phone than would be in normal conditions

Hello, my favorite food is pasta that it's a food product that is obtained by preparing a flour dough, mixed with water, to which you can add salt, egg or other ingredients such as vegetables, then this is cooked in boiling water. It can also be accompanied with tomato sauce, pesto, sauces with meats or vegetables, to which you can add ingredients such as cheese or basil, among others. I like this food so much because it tastes and smells so good and we can find a great variety of types of pasta, such as spaghetti, ravioli, macaroni, tortellini, fettuccini, among others. It's also a very good source of energy, providing a good amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. However, if you lead a sedentary life, a high consumption of pasta it could cause overweight, that is why the ideal is not to consume it more than 4 days a week and it should be accompanied with vegetables.

  Hello everyone! One of the countries I would like to visit is Italy, because I’ve always liked the architecture of its cities like Florence, as well as the art and food of the country.
